Charges for East Facing Plots	Rs. 500/- extra per sq. yd
Charges for Corner Plots	Rs. 500/- extra per sq. yd
Charges for North-East Corner Plots	Rs. 1000/- extra per sq. yd
Legal and Documentation Charges	Rs. 20,000/- (Exclusive of GST Payable at the time of Registration)
Maintenance Charges	A maintenance fee of Rs. 200/- per sq. yard shall be paid for the initial one year, which will be used for general up-keep of the community which includes Security, Maintenance of Landscape and other green areas, general cleaning, etc. for one year. The Developer or its nominee reserves the right to Maintain the common areas for the initial one year. However, the commencement of Maintenance of common areas shall begin within (1) month from the date of obtaining Final Layout/Occupancy Certificate.
Applicable Taxes	GST and other levies/charges if any, shall be payable as per the prevailing laws.
Registration Charges	Stamp Duty/Registration & Mutation charges - As per rules/laws prevailing at the time of registration

Payment Schedule

The Cheque / DD to be drawn in favor of: "URBANRISE LIFESTYLES PRIVATE LIMITED GALLERIA GARDENS COLLECTION".
Common Area Maintenance for 1 year shall be payable before 15 days of Date of Registration.
Registration will be done only after receipt of 100% payment including the amounts for Taxes, Registration, and Maintenance charges.
Any late payment beyond 15 days from the due date shall attract a delayed interest @ 1% per month.
Developer reserves the right to cancel the booking, if the Customer does not pay the installment(s) on time, i.e., within 15 days from the due date as mentioned in the payment schedule of the Cost sheet with prior notice of 15 days.
The cancellation of booking shall attract a deduction of 10% of cancellation charges on the total cost of the plot and balance amount of advance, if any, shall be returned to the client after completion of the project or on finding an alternative purchaser, whichever is later, and that too on receipt of 100% amount of plot value including all charges as applicable.
- Stamp Duty & other statutory fees/taxes as applicable to be paid 15 days before the registration date.
- TDS (as applicable) on the sale consideration is to be deducted from the initial 20% & remitted directly to the IT department on the builder's permanent Account Number by the buyer.
- The GST, Stamp Duty, etc., is subject to change from time to time based on government norms without prior notifications.
